This week got away from me. It felt really long but suddenly it's Friday, and I haven't accomplished anything on my list.
So our plot swap is going to be a roundup (or round-up? Dictionary.com confused me) of old favorites.
Here are links to some of my favorite stories. Some that weren't originally used as plot swaps. Let's see what we could do with these. (All links will open in a new window. So you can find your way back here.)
Adventures in Dressing Myself The story of how I was attacked by my own dress. This would be great for a romantic comedy, especially if the heroine lived alone and had to ask her new neighbor for help, instead of being rescued by her daughter as I was.
Pillow Talk My husband has a known history of having full conversations in his sleep, as well as playing hockey. He's never done anything particularly malicious, unlike these people . You can also read here about cookie monster popping up in one of my nightmares. So much to work with! Plus, I'll be adding a new sleeping story to my Facebook page later to day!
Friday Plot Swap: Clown Style This is one of my favorite plot swaps just for the sheer creepiness of the stories. Bonus: Picture of me as a clown!
Friday Plot Swap: Mysterious Murder Style A woman who didn't know she was murdering someone and a woman who asked if she could murder someone. Those are stories you could build a plot on!
Friday Plot Swap: State Fair Style Fried food, Big Tex, and pictures of me as a teenager. Perfect if you need a small-town setting for a romance or a place teeming with people for a high-stakes thriller.
Next week, I'll have all new stories for us to play with. For now, what you could make out of these favorites?
