Happy released day to
Gossip Girl meets The West Wing
in her new series,
The Fashion. The Flings. The Drama.
Posted today on DC’s hottest teen fashion/gossip blog: Grassroots.Fashion:
Heads up, party people. I’ve got news! Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you’ve noticed the new girl, Tucker-Grace Bishop sashaying around town with Jack and Fiona Wright. The VP’s kids must be giving her the inside scoop as they show her the ropes—after all, her mom is their dad’s running mate, so they might as well get cozy. Things are about to get hot in more ways than one!
Speaking of cozy, do we see a campaign fling with Jack and Tucker-Grace on the horizon? Though sources say TG has a bull-riding boyfriend back in wherever-she-came-from, Texas. As if some country cowboy romance might compare to the eternal hotness of Jack Wright. I don’t care if he is a bad boy, the man has fashion sense.
Fashion Break: Did you see Jack’s tux at the announcement ceremony? That was not your standard Armani storefront suit. My money’s on Canali, but I’m waiting on confirmation. New girl looked hot (if still doe-eyed and naïve) in DVF, and Fiona was killing it as usual in Ralph Lauren.
ANYWAY. Things are sure to heat up as TG gets led down the primrose path by the Wrights, though I sense Fiona may not be a fan of our new girl. Or of how close she’s been getting with Jack.
And what’s with Jack’s secret phone calls and angsty expressions? Something’s rotten in the rose garden, I think.
Check back here for the fashion and the fun! You know I never let you down.
Working on this series with Stefne has been amazing. I have been DYING to share it with y’all and it’s finally here! *Cue me fangirl squeeing and clapping my hands.
Front and Center is the first installment in The Presidents’ Daughters series that will follow Tucker-Grace, who is thrown into the social circles of D.C.’s most powerful when her mother is chosen to be the Vice President’s running mate for the upcoming election. But Tucker-Grace isn’t the only one whose world is tilting. The VP’s children, Fiona and Jack, have their own problems. That I can’t tell you about now but read it and we’ll talk!
Told through rotating points-of-view, each episode focuses primarily on a different character but covers all three. Since each installment is meant to be like an episode of a show, there are continuing threads but no major cliffhangers.
The other great part is these are short reads that will draw you in, make you swoon, and leaving you tapping your foot waiting for the next one all in just a few hours. Don’t worry, the second installment Familiar Ways is coming later this month.
And the other supercool thing? The blog that follows Tucker-Grace, Fiona, and Jack actually exists! You can check out Grassroots.Fashion just like the characters in the book!
After you do that, hop over to my Facebook page and let’s talk about teenage fashion. What did you love to wear? What do you regret? There might even be a picture or two of teenage me.
