Three lovers really click in the latest from the New York Times bestselling author of Call on Me—
Cora has an amazing sex life. She’s beautiful, daring, and the most popular submissive in Hayven. Too bad none of it’s real...
IT specialist Cora Benning has figured out the key to her formerly disastrous love life—make it virtual. In the online world of Hayven, she’s free of her geek girl image and can indulge her most private fantasies with a sexy, mysterious master without anyone in her life discovering her secrets. Until her information is hacked and she finds herself working to fix the breach under two very powerful men—one who seems all too familiar...
Best friends and business partners Ren Muroya and Hayes Fox were once revered dominants. Then Hayes was wrongfully sent to prison and everything changed. Ren wants to get back to who they were. Hayes can’t risk it. But when they discover the new IT specialist is their online fascination, and that she’s never felt a dominant’s touch, the temptation to turn virtual into reality becomes all too great…
How was it?
Funny, sexy and squee inspiring!
The characters and conflict truly keep the pages turning in the latest installment of the Loving on the Edge Series. Roni's characters are consistently endearing and soul-searingly hot.
Cora's snark and quirkiness make her instantly likable. She'd be the quiet one in the corner at a party, but if you took the time to go sit next to her, you'd be laughing until you couldn't breath at her dry wit and understated sarcasm.
Ren... *sigh* Sorry, I got distracted for a sec. Ren is just freaking hot. He's that guy that's too pretty to even exist but he still smiles and makes eye contact like he's genuinely interested in only you. What I loved about Ren was his unabashed sexuality and his unwavering loyalty in his best friend, Hayes.
Hayes.. *sigh* What? Oh, right. I was telling you about the book. Hayes is this deep, broody, I've-got-all-these-muscles-but-what-I-really-need-is-a-hug, hunk o' man. Okay, he needs more than a hug but I'd start there.
I have to give a shout out to the Josh and Carlos (Cora's neighbors- Who totally should get their own book...Just a hint if Roni's reading this!) and Cora's best friend, Grace. These side characters round out a fabulous cast.
The conflicts and twists of the plot will keep you sucked in until the last page. Every time I did the, "I'm just going to finish this chapter." thing, I was five more chapters in before I realized any time had passed.
I am a Roni fan. In this series, Melt into You has long held the number one place in my heart, (Andre is mine. Back off, I will cut you!) until now. Loving You Easy definitely made me debate my favorite. Maybe they could alternate. Andre/Jace- MWF, Ren/Hayes T TH, every other weekend...
Oh, and a side bonus! Two words: Gay Karaoke. Just trust me. You'll love it!
